Reservation Policies of Pousada Jacarandá by Rivaj:

Check-in and Check-out Times:
• Check-in begins at 2:00 pm and check-out concludes at 12:00 pm the next day.

Payment Methods:
• We accept credit cards.
• A deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. 
• Please send the deposit receipt to the email pousadajacaranda@rivaj.com.br.

Cancellation Policy:
• In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
• For cancellations or changes, please contact us exclusively via email. We do not accept cancellations or changes by phone or WhatsApp.

Meals:
• Breakfast is included in all daily rates.

High Season Refund Policy (according to Deliberation Normative 161/95 from EMBRATUR):
• Cancellation less than 30 days: No refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 31 and 60 days: 50% refund of the advanced amount.
• Cancellation over 61 days: 70% refund of the advanced amount.

Low Season Refund Policy (May, June, and August):
• Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 8 and 14 days: 50% refund of the advanced amount.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: 70% refund of the advanced amount.
• Cancellation over 30 days: 90% refund of the advanced amount.

Credit for Future Stay:
• In exceptional cases, we may offer a credit of the advanced amount for a future stay, valid for one year from the date of the cancellation request. Rates may be subject to change.
• For packages during Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, and holidays, no credit will be applied.
